“Vortex VR” is a video art concept that explores the existence of a physical reality different from what the nature of the human senses allows us to perceive.
The aim of “Vortex VR” is to immerse the viewer in a world where they realize that the essence of reality could be entirely transformed if human nature were different.

VORTEX VR 1 – Estany de Puigcerdà
L’Estany de Puigcerdà, with its calm waters and reflections, is a place of contemplation and serenity. By immersing ourselves in this ‘Vortex VR’ work, l’Estany de Puigcerdà becomes a 360-degree viewpoint and an opportunity to rediscover this space with fresh eyes and an open mind to the infinite possibilities of the universe. Through the vortex, the lake’s water and the clouds in the sky merge, symbolizing the interconnectedness of all natural elements and inviting us to explore the hidden beauty and complexity in every corner of this idyllic landscape.
IMPORTANT
To fully enjoy the immersive environment of the work, it must be viewed with VR glasses.
If the work is viewed on a tablet or mobile device, it must be done through the YouTube app, which supports gyroscope functionality.
‘Vortex VR’ is an artistic, multisensory, and philosophical experience that invites reflection on whether other perceptions of reality could exist beyond our own, which is based on the spatial perception we are immersed in and the reality our senses allow us to experience.
